Diving Into Databases
Are you aware that Tri County patrons (students and staff) have access to more than 50 different databases? Databases should be looked at as the primary source to access when seeking credible information. Looking for the best feedback and reviews on of a particular item? Save time and complete your search within the database to get the most credible results. This month I will provide some details on Academic OneFile, a highly recommended databases for most of your needs

Accessing the databases can be done through the Databases and eResources on the Library Media Center Portal found under the Academics tab on the Tri County site. In this issue of the bulletin I wanted to bring your attention to the multitude of databases that we have. Each database is different and can serve your needs in various ways. In each issue I will focus on one specific database. Databases are a wonderful source that can be accessed for great information for various assignments or explorations you are currently looking to do.
