Today, Tri County LMC has several catalogs that you and/or can use:
- Destiny by Follett (username and password required for key features)
- Axis 360 by Baker and Taylor (username and password required for key features)
- BiblioBoard by BiblioLabs (I.P. authentication required)
- EBL (username and password required for all access)
- Worldcat- (No authentication required)
- Library of Congress- (No Authentication required)
- Commonwealth eBook Collection (No Authentication required)
Each one of these catalogs have many key features and I can’t go over all of these at one time. What I would like to do this month is make sure you know how to access each of these, since certain catalogs require username and password and some require I.P. authentication. From my brief poll it has come to my attention that many staff members are not taking advantage of many features of each catalog. This is why I will give you a brief overview of each catalog and how to access key features.
All of the 18 catalogs available to the Tri County community can be accessed at the LMC portal under the catalogs menu.
