If you are not familiar with the website ReadWriteThink I encourage you to check out their resources. This link will take you to a page showing you how to use podcasts in Science, Math, Social Studies, and much more.
You will find many lists of the “Best (fill in the blank)”. I do encourage you to check out this list for starters.
